Research on Multi-Generational Learning in the Workplace

Please check out Janet Clarey’s post on Multi-Generational Learning…just out yesterday.
Refreshing to see Research to separate the wheat from the chaff!
See my former post about this topic here…and where I learned about the “research wheat versus the hyper chaff”…based on a fairly recent (2006) study done for the US Army by Dr. Richard (Dick) E. Clark…at ISPI.
Because the US Army has those multi-generational issues – big time! Hence the flag in the graphic – from my Post about a year ago – as the study done by Dr. Clark was focused on US citizens/residents.
I see that the link in my post to the white paper/write up on that that Dick had on this at the USC’s site – The Center for Cognitive Technology - no longer works. I’ll investigate that.
