- All very good feedback.  We didn’t do any survey sheets, but certainly all the comments afterwards were enthusiastically positive; and D.C. sent an e-mail on how much she enjoyed the program.

- the meeting was a jewel – Guy did a great job in sharing his expertise and passion for an integrated and aligned approach to improved performance with the key being facilitating ownership of the effort by the organization (Thank you again Guy – your demonstration of how the different nuggets and modules are identified and then placed in sequence by master performers was very effective).  It was really strong to have Art there to give the customer perspective on Guy’s approach.

- While we did not do surveys, several people talked about how your presentation was substantive–meaty.   I truly appreciated your perspectives and processes.
