My offer is to visit your chapter and conduct either the Evening Program and/or the Full Day Workshop.

For the Evening Program your chapter will need to cover all of my travel and living expenses. I will provide the chapter with a PDF of the handout for your printing and/or sharing with all registrants. I will also provide 2 free books (lean-ISD and T&D Systems View – as my supplies last) for the chapter to use as promotional pieces or door prizes.

For a Webinar (90 minutes) your chapter can avoid travel and living expenses. I will provide the chapter with a PDF of the handout for your  sharing online with all registrants – and an optional pre-reading piece for your marketing efforts.

For the Full Day Workshop your chapter will need to cover all of my expenses first – and then after paying all related chapter expenses – we will split the remaining “profits” 50/50. The chapter may decide on the exact workshop pricing – so as to generate some, little, or no profits to split. The workshop handouts (in booklet form and in color) are $12.00 each – but if you have the local capability for printing these in a 11×17 format and 2-sided, cheaper – I will loan you a PDF for local printing if you promise to delete that file after your use for a one-time printing effort. I will also provide up to 4 free books (lean-ISD and/or T&D Systems View – as my supplies last) for the chapter to use as promotional pieces or door prizes.
