Leverage Current Expertise

It’s a common phenomenon – some performers are just better at some performance than others.

But if you could tap into the best thinking and the best practices of your exemplars, the Master Performers, and share that with others – what kind of Returns might you get on that Investment?

But be careful! Most experts can miss up to 70% of what a novice needs to perform.

Avoid one-on-ones with your Master Performers and Subject Matter Experts!

I use a “proven” group process and facilitate them to a consensus model of ideal performance, identifying the existing gaps and causes, and then the enabling knowledge and skills required for mastery.

It works for me, for my former consulting staffs, and for the client staffs that I have developed both formally and informally for more than 2 decades.
