HPT – Performance Improvement – Is More Than Just Performance-based Training/ Learning/ Knowledge Management

One of my favorite “HPT Practitioner Series” videos is one of Ray Svenson, a former business partner of mine (1982-1997).

The purpose of the video series is to present the diversity of HPT Practitioners and their HPT Practices.

Ray’s does just that – and in 5:57 – shares an HPT project to re-design an organization, using HPT methods that were not focused on “only” Knowledge/Skills. Although I am sure that communications/ education/ training was part of the mix – as an enabler for the changes required – but not the focus of the Intervention.
