If Executives Don’t Trust Their Learning Functions – Is It Because It Seems To Be More Magic Than Science?

The Capability Maturity Model was originated for Software Development – and I think it holds up well applied to Training/ Learning/ Knowledge Management functions and processes – especially processes.

Where does your function sit on this framework?

Are you surviving due to heroics? Or are you simply doing CI (Continuous Improvement) to your already tightened-down ISD and leadership and supporting processes?
