Managing Your Content As If It Were A Very Worthy Investment – As If

If there are cost saving – over the life cycle for your Learning Solutions…for better inventorying and managing all of your Enterprise Content/ Curricula…

Then you need to architect/ engineer your Content…

And tie it as directly to the business as you can…for better change management efforts and links/ ties back more directly to internal customers and stakeholders…

Insure that your content is authentic enough – because otherwise it’s a wasted investment – with little probability of paying back the investment costs – and simply will be adding to the cost profile for the Enterprise over the life cycle – with minimal returns – resulting in negative ROI over that life cycle.

And that’s just not good stewardship.
