Here is an 11 minute video overviewing the EPPI Process Performance Data Architecture – something that I’ve been using in my consulting practices – in various forms – going back to the early 1980s.
This data architecture informs my PACT Processes’ CAD – Curriculum Architecture Design (Development Architecture, Learning Architecture, Instructional Architecture) and MCD – Modular Curriculum Development (ADDIE) methods – as well as my non-Instructional EPPI – Enterprise Process Performance Improvement methods.
My clients have had me and my staff conduct this EPPI analysis approach for populating their ERP systems, job & organization systems design, recruiting & selection systems design, training & development systems design, performance appraisal systems, compensation & benefit systems design, and rewards & recognition systems design.
I offer staff development via formal Workshops and informal Coaching Sessions in these methods – as is – or adapted to the client’s specific needs.
