My ISD/ID methods for CAD and MCD have been used to transfer complicated Combinatorial Chemistry methodologies from one US pharma firm to another pharma firm in Japan. See the story about that here – and the project overview about that (for Sphinx Pharmaceuticals) here.

And the methods and data produced have been used to populate KM systems – ERP systems – create performance-based Job Descriptions – enable a Pay Progression Program (twice) that paid employees for demonstrated capability versus “what have you done for the Enterprise lately – and for job and organization design.
