Facilitating Master Performers

I facilitate Master Performers in both Analysis and Design efforts. I develop others – on my staff and on the staffs of my clients in that too – and have been doing this successfully since 1983.

Not only can a team of carefully selected Master Performers (a.k.a.: Exemplar Performers) assist you in capturing ideal Performance Requirements and current state gaps of all of the non-Master Performers – but they can help you design realistic and feasible Instruction and Information – for learning BEFORE and/or DURING the moment of need.

They know what’s needed – and when to best learn it.

Sometimes in the moment is way too late.

And they can tell you whether or not some curated content off the web will cut it.

Of course – Pilot-Testing results will tell you for sure!
