The PACT Practitioner “Roles”

There are 5 key Practitioner roles in PACT – although in many instances an individual may have to play all Roles – and wear all hats. In some instances management might see enough volume of effort that making some Practitioners specialists might be advantageous. There is also a “Role” for management in a PACT practice area.
