Do they sense any urgency for any particular improvements – or any urgency for improvements in general?

Or is everyone complacent?

What is it that can be used to rally everyone around the concept of Continuous Improvement – CI? CI of some targeted improvement for some Measured Results.

Or, is there no real urgency? Or, nothing to improve?

Are there issues to address because they are problems?

Are there issues to address because they are opportunities for further improvement?

Do you have goals and metrics that can be used to forecast ROI if improvements were to be made?

Do your clients and stakeholders?

Have you really thought about this for your clients, or for yourself?
