Turning Research Into Results

The doctoral  programs at USC – University of Southern California – uses Dick’s HPT book “Turning Research Into Results” – and the gap analysis strategy it describes as the basis for student work with organizations.

USC asked Dick to describe some of the issues he has encountered in “performance gap analysis” in this 26 minute video interview. And Dick asked me if I would post this in my growing collection of Resources for Performance Improvement. Lucky me!!! Here it is:
