Performance Analysis gives you your terminal learning objectives – and your Level 2 and Level 3 assessment goals – before you even start with the enabling Knowledge/Skills analysis and the enabling objectives for those L2 and L3 terminal objectives.

Do the managers I am concerned with share very similar responsibilities in the Leadership and Support Rows of this graphic/model?

If so, you are on your way to creating learning and/or performance support that can be Performance-based and therefore more effective; and shared content and therefore more efficient.
