If you don’t have a “proven process” then get yourself one.

And start your improvement efforts – or any project – thinking about the various stakeholders and their requirements and wants.

And then determine how well you are you or are not delivering on that?

Do you need to first better define the process and the roles and then provide the resources required more Formally rather than more Informally?

Where have you made your strategic bets, and why?
