The only Universal Truth, is that there are no Universal Truths.
We generalize too much. Too often.
Each Context is different.
Each level of Performance Capability and Execution “current state” is different.
The Not Invented Here Syndrome attitude may at times be appropriate.
Think: consultant pushing her magic silver bullet program to end all woes.
And then again, maybe there is some truth to that, to what she speaks, some grain of magic, some tool or technique, good for some other application, in a unique setting of course. But some valuable take-away.
Something you can adopt. Or adapt.
Adapt What You Cannot Adopt
And Pilot Test that before wide distribution.
An acid test. A full destructive test.
And adapt from there.
