This is sometimes tricky. And political. In my experience.
This frames the Performance analysis.
What happens in each AOP – and what is produced?
And what are the current state issues regarding this chunk of Performance?
Having this level of detail about performance enables a Group to continue to produce a list of enablers REQUIRED for Performance.
These organize the voluminous set of data to be captured.
For most “Jobs” that I have done this for – the number of discreet K/S enablers in the data-set is between 600 and 1800.
Ya gotta be organized.
There are many ways to capture the data – and many more inefficient ways.
The facilitator or data gatherer needs key skills – to avoid group burn-out, confusion, in-fighting, etc., etc.
This are the discreet enabling K/Ss per K/S Category.

3 Levels of Design
There are 3 levels of ISD Design, more levels of ISD analysis, and many levels of ISD project management.
ReUse leads to many benefits – if the Content – Instruction and Information (static and dynamic) is worthy – performance enabling – otherwise … it’s a total loss from an ROI perspective.
ReUse is possible – but not just at the Lesson level of the Learning Objects movement of the apst.
