If It Cannot Be Performance Focused – At Least Make It Fun

Or Better Yet – Drop the Effort

If it does not focus on authentic terminal performance requirements  – back on-the-job – then WHY BOTHER?

If it is not designed to practice authentic terminal performance sufficiently with timely feedback BEFORE the next attempt to apply – in the Learning Event – and in the Spaced Reinforcements as necessary – back on the job – then WHY BOTHER?

If it is not expected and reinforced by management, peers, customers and collaborators  – back on-the-job – then WHY BOTHER?

If it runs contrary to the enterprise culture to be found  – back on-the-job – then WHY BOTHER?

If it is not worth doing and addressing all of the above –

– then WHY BOTHER?
