This format would be modified as needed per project/effort – in the number of columns for the Roles/Responsibilities.

Analyzing a job title is typically accomplished with a team of Master Performers and other SMEs in a 3-day facilitated meeting and produces Performance Model charts (see above) and Knowledge/Skills Matrices. I’ve conducted over 250 such meetings since 1982, and have trained staff (see below) and clients’ staff in these methods since 1983.
