L&D: Avoid the Behavior and Activity Traps

Focus on Accomplishments and Abilities

Focus on the Ends and the Means … not the Means to the Means.

Perhaps this/my thinking about this is too “old school” for you.

But are you really interested in EVERYTHING that someone could possibly list about every Activity that they engaged in for the deliberate purpose of, or the accidental result of, Learning occuring?

Or is what they’ve actually Accomplished and/or what they’ve successfully demonstrated as Abilities they posses, going to be more helpful?
