The 6 Leadership AoPs – Areas of Performance

These 6 are but one segment of the 14+ Areas of Performance.

The plus (+) reflects that there are a number of Processes being managed – per Department or Function or Division/SBU (at whatever level this model is being applied) – that are owned by those entities and/or shared (as is the case with cross functional processes).

L1- Stakeholder Relationship Management

This is all about getting in sync RIGHT NOW with your Stakeholders – and understand how you are meeting their needs, and where you are not meeting their needs. Every manager has Stakeholders.

L2- Strategic Planning & Management

This is all about getting your Strategies in sync with the Strategies of your Stakeholders.
