Not every awareness or knowledge and even some skills need practice and feedback in order to be mastered and taken back to the job by learners.

Part of your Analysis effort should address that – is this critical and will this be easy enough to master and then transfer back to the job? Or will it take some initial practice with reinforcing and/or corrective feedback?
