The 4 Support AoPs – Areas of Performance

These 4 are but one segment of the 14+ Areas of Performance.

The plus (+) reflects that there are a number of Processes being managed – per Department or Function or Division/SBU (at whatever level this model is being applied) – that are owned by those entities and/or shared (as is the case with cross functional processes).

Process Design/Redesign

This is all about ensuring that the entities’ processes are designed for both effectiveness and efficiency. And redesigned as necessary.

Human Assets Management

This is all about ensuring that all of the human assets are available for the process work of the department.
