L&D: Micro to Macro to Micro

Sometimes Content Should be Micro. Sometimes Macro.


Sometimes it should be mid length.


Sometimes the Learner/Performer needs a slew of Micro Learning.


Even Complex Content Can Sometimes Be Broken Up Into Micro Chunks.


Other times Micro should lead to Macro (longer) and then back to Micro – for spaced learning – as one example.


But it’s All About Performance – in an Enterprise Learning Context.
