Your Client Doesn’t Want Learning Content – They Want Performance Competence.

And that might take addressing things other than the Performers’ Knowledge and Skills. There are on many other variables at play. How do you frame them?


The other variables include: a Process designed to actually meet Stakeholder Requirements in the first place; plus all of the other skilled people, data, materials, equipment, facilities, financial resources, and a culture conducive to the needs of the process and targeted ends.
