L&D: Revolution? Towards Performance?

I hope so. I feel very lucky that I was exposed to the thinking of Geary Rummler in my first job out of college at Wickes Lumber in 1979, and then got to work with him 18 months later in my second job, at Motorola.


Here is the good doctor on video at Motorola’s Training & Education Center in 1981.

The back of my head is in one scene – as I came in one week before my official start date to attend the all day session.
