L&D: Action Learning Requires Reflection and Spaced Reinforcements

Reflections Should Be Both Rigorous and Flexible

A good facilitator will both plan and administer them … and be open for all opportunities for reflection points that will enhance the Learning in the midst of all of the Action.


And unless the job tasks after the Action Learning will themselves reinforce those learning well and often enough – Spaced Reinforcements will also be necessary.
