And that just just made it more than a bit difficult to find what you needed for your job.


A Curriculum Architecture Design effort both organizes and sequences what existed Content-wise – that would be relevant – and identifies the Gaps for management to consider for resourcing.


Those Gaps left untouched – were Un-Structured OJT – nowadays known as Informal Learning.


The Path could include traditional Courses – a.k.a.” the 10 – as well as Resources – and guidance for some of the 20 and 70.
