  • You can tell them and that’s sufficient
  • There are procedures and/or process maps already in place
  • The Risks for poor performance and/or Rewards for perfect performance – are inconsequential

Save your 10 – Formal Training For:

  • To tasks where you can’t simply tell them and where they need practice with feedback to hone a skill/capability
  • There are not procedures and/or process maps already in place – and it’s important to get it right
  • The Risks for poor performance and/or Rewards for perfect performance – are consequential
