Human Performance Technology Treasures – a New Website

Free Resources on Human Performance Technology – Evidence Based Practices for Performance Improvement!

HPT is the application of science to Performance Improvement. And in the words of the late Don Tosti, “All performance is a human endeavor.”

A Website Featuring

TrendSpotters was a monthly column that appeared in PerformanceXpress, the online newsletter of the International Society for Performance Improvement 2002-2012.

Conceived in 2002 by Carol Haig, CPT and Roger Addison, CPT, EdD, this column’s purpose was to make available performance improvement models and tools that readers could use in their work. Each column featured a guest practitioner in Performance Improvement or a related arena. The authors interviewed each guest and then wrote the column, showcasing the guest, the model or tool they shared, a success story featuring the model or tool, and information for using it.

All the models and tools are stored on this website where readers may access and download them.

HPT Legacy Video Series – longer 15-40 minutes, interviews also following a script, with added stories of other NSPI/ ISPI’ers from the earlier days of the Society. Intended to show the diversity of HPT Practices and HPT Practitioners, and to capture stories of the people from NSPI/ISPI’s past.
