T&D: Practice Without Valid Feedback Is a Wasted Effort

Feedback can be reinforcing and/or corrective.

Nudging the learner/Performer for their next opportunity to apply – in learning How to Apply what they are learning – in order to become Performance Competent.


Does your Content offer opportunities to apply what’s being learned – in an authentic context – authentic to the learner/Performers’ jobs contexts – with appropriate Feedback?

It really should.
