And Learning on the Job just doesn’t always do that well enough.


Having your work rejected with reason doesn’t lead to better performance.


At some point the work becomes so punishing that most might leave.


What can we teach others on what to do?


Teach them how to establish and negotiate expectations, and results measurement.


Teach them how to fish … for rocks.
