T&D efforts are sometimes planned. Sometimes poorly. Or sometimes not at all.
Sometimes it doesn’t matter – as the team knows what to do and how to adjust to “things unplanned” happening.
Sometimes heroics, again, saves the day. But that’s risky IMO.
I prefer planning creating a draft plan – and then reviewing that plan with my client for updating. And then adjusting on the fly – as/if necessary – in order to get back to the plan.
The planned deliverables.
It’s always about the ends, those means. Including the planning and plans.
