Not My First CAD Rodeo
This week I’ll be conducting my 76th CAD – Curriculum Architecture Design project – since 1982 – for a client’s Critical Target Audience, facilitating a Design Team Meeting to use all of the Analysis data in the construct of a performance-based T&D Path – As Rigid As Required and As Flexible As Feasible.
I did a CAD effort for this client back in 2013. They won an ATD Award for what they built/bought using the guidance that the CAD and T&D Path had given them.
T&D Paths are covered in many, many, many Blog Posts on this site, and in dozens of other Free Resources available on this site, including these two:
Training Magazine Article (1984)
CAD – Training Mag – 1984 – 6 page PDF – the first publication about Curriculum Architecture Design via a Facilitated Group Process – published in Training Magazine in September 1984. Original manuscript (30 pages) – How to Build a Training Structure That Won’t Keep Burning Down.
lean–ISD book (1999)
Get a Free PDF of that book – here.
lean-ISD was awarded an ISPI Award of Excellence in 2002 for Outstanding Instructional Communication
