I Started in T&D in 1979

So 2018 ends my 40th year in the biz.

The T&D Biz – a.k.a.: L&D.

As I ponder those numbers I keep going back to that fateful day back in September 1979 when I attended my first NSPI Chapter meeting – and my boss signed me up to be on the newsletter committee. I’ve posted about that before. Here is one of those Past Posts.

The people I met there have had a HUGE influence on my professional beliefs and practices.

I have attempted to recognize and thank quite a few individuals for their contributions to my professional development, in two ways.
