Whether that’s Ongoing Operations or Short-to-Long Term Strategic Initiatives – that’s what is to be supported and enabled. Not the low hanging fruit of mass audiences, or Topics with Face Validity.
Get aligned to your leadership – and the bigger your Enterprise – the more formal that alignment needs to be IMO.
