My Thoughts on T&D – In Today’s Context

L&D/T&D doesn’t own “All Learning.” If anyone did – it’d be management of the various organizational entities in the Enterprise.


T&D/L&D enables – what they are directed to support. And it better be good. It better sustain performance – or improve it. For that you’ll need, most likely, to focus squarely on the Performance Competence requirements.
