I’ve Been Doing ISD This Way Since 1982
When my clients’ situations allow. They don’t always. Sometimes they just cannot pull their Master Performers off the job for a 3-day session for Analysis, and then a 3-day session for Design, etc.
Note: Those 3 day timeframes are for CAD – Curriculum Architecture Design efforts. Development projects take a lot less time, depending on the scope of the effort.
The purpose is to conduct an analysis of the job using the Voice of the Master Performers to guide downstream Design and Development – using the same or a subset of those same Master Performers.
