Provide Instruction on Task Performance. Not on Topics – even those with Face Validity.
Isn’t about Recall from Memory.
It’s about the ability to Perform Tasks to Produce Outputs to Stakeholder Requirements.
It requires a proven method for Instructional Analysis and Design. There are many.
