Performance Competence

Isn’t about Recall from Memory.

It’s about the ability to Perform Tasks to Produce Outputs to Stakeholder Requirements.

It requires a proven method for Instructional Analysis and Design. There are many.

Here is an overview of mine – for performance-based Training.

The Analysis methods can feed Training via my MCD methods – or just Performance Support via my IAD methods.
