Take a good long and hard look at what percentage of your Content is on Topics vs Tasks.
Instruction, Training, Learning … that is focused on Topics and not on Tasks … isn’t going to move the needles in the right direction … so to speak. Costs will increase and not returns. Efficiency will take a hit as wasted time increases on time invested in learning Topics vs learning HOW TO perform Tasks.
Back out your metrics based on the metrics that Leadership uses. And then convert your Classroom Training to Job Aids for Guidance & Performance Support. And focus on Performance and not Learning.
