Geary A. Rummler, PhD, presented to the staff at MTEC – one week before my official start date – so I attended his 1-day session a week before starting the job at the new Motorola Training & Education Center.

They knew I’d want to. His name had been on my Resume and that’s how I got my foot in the door. And got the job offer.

I drove in from Saginaw to Schaumburg IL in the western suburbs of Chicago to attend this – and then drove back to Saginaw that evening. It was well worth it.
