Yeah I Get It – Your Client Wants Sizzle

They want SHINY. They want FUN! They want SEXY!

They want what used to be called the SIZZLE.

But the learners who appreciate that they need to learn how to do THE JOB – or do it better – want STEAK. Have some empathy for them.

If you can – do both.

But Never Sacrifice STEAK for SIZZLE

You wouldn’t want that if you owned all of the shares of stock in your Enterprise or the Enterprise of your client.

Sizzle won’t achieve Performance Objectives that the Steak would.

Have some empathy for the Shareholders when you convert their Cash into Content.
