The Administrator is responsible for posting information on a website Blog, bulletin board, etc. and for sending out specific communications to individuals and groups who must be made aware of changes, new policies, or specific results.
As always, adequate communications that create awareness, knowledge, and skills, is key to the success of any critical system, such as a Performance Testing system.
