Leave more, the Low Stakes, and Medium Stakes Performance to Informal Means of Learning.

I don’t know how it came about that too many in the biz believe we should address every need uncovered.

It was possibly the advent of cheaper means to develop and deploy Content. Although before e-Learning, there were plenty of misguided efforts to address mass appeal Topics versus Tasks. More bang for the buck was the misinformed thinking, back-in-the-day.

Convert Cash to Content only when truly warranted. Don’t squander Shareholder Equity.
