For those in ID/ ISD/ LXD in need of a Rebound from their 2020 … Some Suggestions…
1) a focus on Performance Competence – or whatever you would like to call it, or even better what your clients would like to call it.
And 1A) Defaulting to Job Aids – also known as Performance Support or Workflow Learning (although Learning isn’t always required – if it shouldn’t be left to Informal Learning means.
And 2) Improving your Alignment with your Enterprise Leaders to ensure that you are working on their CBIs – Critical Business Issues. That might mean a more formal, routine (and non-routine) approach and mechanisms.
