Video: The World From the Perspective of an Instructional Architect

An overview of Guy’s perspective as a Performance Analyst & Instructional Architect – on how he looks at the Performance Context on his consulting engagements.

This video is 18:46 minutes in length.

My Performance Analysis methods are derived from the work of the late Geary A. Rummler from back in the 1970s which I learned in 1979 when I was at Wickes Lumber.

The Design methods are mine, developed from the concepts of MRP (and later MRP II, and ERP) as I learned of MRP back in 1981 while I was at Motorola.
