My First Session
Performance Competence & Context Analysis
– Guy Wallace – This session will use a series of videos and online sessions to provide details in How To Conduct a Performance Analysis of the Performance Competence Requirements of a Job, and 2) How To Conduct a Gap Analysis. Examples of the Analysis outputs will be shared, plus discussions and demonstrations of the primary methods and techniques the presenter has been using, since 1979.
Practice exercises will help you grasp the process and methods, and then the optional debriefing sessions will allow you to confirm your learnings and to ask related, probing questions.
My Second Session
You’ve Found the Performance Gaps – Now What?
– Guy Wallace – This session will use a series of 4 videos and Readings and Application Exercises to provide you with the details in Determining the Source and Resolution Interventions for Performance Gaps found during Instructional Systems Design or Performance Improvement efforts.
Optional Readings and Application Exercises will help you grasp the process and methods, and then the optional debriefing sessions will allow you to discuss and confirm your learnings and to ask related, probing questions.
