Performance Modeling focuses on Outputs and Tasks – for both ISD and Performance Improvement – including but beyond Instruction.

I learned Performance Modeling in 1979 in my first job out of college.

In 1983 my business partners and I co-authored an article for NSPI’s Performance & Instruction Journal on both Performance Models and K/S Matrices which was published in November 1984 – publishing cycles being what they were back in the day. See that – here.
