This book, published in 2011, was an update to my 1999 book: lean-ISD and intended to go much deeper to the project planning & management, analysis, design and prioritization of T&D/L&D Paths.

Analysis using a Facilitated Group Process is key to developing a T&D that is as Rigorous as Required and as Flexible as Feasible. I’ve done 76 projects as a consultant since 1982, and one prior to that in 1981 as an employee at Motorola.
