I created the original Lesson Map format for a project in 1990 – to use with my Facilitated Group Process (FGP) in a Design effort – of Master Performers and others – after I had used the FGP in an Analysis effort – to accelerate the process by using the right people in a Team effort – to do the right thing at the right time.

I’ve referenced the approach in books going back to my 1999 book: lean-ISD.

It is now available as a Kindle and as a Paperback – here – for $20 and $25 USD respectively.
